At Simply Made with Love all of our products are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because of this, our dispatch times may vary slightly depending on order volume and product type.

Processing Time

- All wholesale orders are handmade and packed with care.

- Please allow 7–14 working days for your order to be made and dispatched.

- During busy periods, such as seasonal launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, we’ll always communicate any delays.

Shipping Methods

- All orders are shipped via tracked courier service for peace of mind.

- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

- We currently ship within the UK (international shipping may be available on request).

Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and location at checkout.

- Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free delivery details will be stated on your invoice or at checkout.

Delivery Time

- UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days once dispatched.

- Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

- If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can investigate.

- In the rare event your parcel goes missing, we’ll work with our courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Pre-Orders or Large Orders

- Larger wholesale orders or custom product requests may require additional processing time.

- We’ll confirm an estimated dispatch date once your order is placed.
