REFUND POLICY
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, unsold stock, or over-ordering.
- Refunds or replacements will only be issued for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- Any issues must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the affected products and packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us at wholesalebeau@gmail.com within 7 days.
- Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
- After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted.
